Roman’s focus is on representing individuals and investors in the purchase, sale or lease of residential or commercial real estate. He also represents private money lenders and banking institutions in residential and commercial loan closings and a variety of other business owners.

Prior to this Firm, Roman was a managing partner at Criscione, Ravala & Tabatchouk, LLP where he focused on Lender Representation, Residential and Commercial Transactions and Business Law. He also accumulated an extensive background in real estate and business through his work at the Law Offices of John F. O’Halloran.

Prior to his legal career, Roman was a congressional clerk for the United States House of Representatives for Congressman Maurice Hinchey.
